How do I initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization number?

Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the return is a result of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label. However, for buyer's remorse returns, where the buyer no longer needs or wants the item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipment cost.
What is the warranty coverage for Artist Hand products?
All Artist Hand products are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty. However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repair, alteration, and improper maintenance.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied with it after the 60-day return period?
Unfortunately, we only accept returns within the 60-day return period. After this time, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.
