Frequently Asked Questions
Answers for bulk orders, full shop packages, shipping, damage claims, warranty, returns, cancellations, and more.
Bulk Orders & Project Quotes
Do you support multiple-unit purchases of the same item?
Yes. We support multiple-unit purchases for salons, barbershops, spas, beauty studios, training schools, and commercial projects. If you plan to order multiple units of the same product, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can review inventory, shipping requirements, and the best purchasing option for your project.
How are orders of 2, 4, or 6+ units quoted?
Quotes are reviewed based on quantity, product type, delivery location, inventory status, and freight requirements. A 2-unit order, 4-unit order, or 6+ unit project may have different pricing and shipping considerations.
Do bulk orders come with a fixed discount?
Not always. We do not apply one fixed discount to every bulk order because product margins, shipping costs, inventory status, and delivery requirements may vary. Each quote is reviewed based on the full project.
Can I request a quote for mixed product categories?
Yes. You can request a quote that includes different product categories, such as barber chairs, shampoo stations, styling stations, facial beds, massage beds, stools, carts, and other salon equipment.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quote requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time if we need to confirm inventory, freight options, or product combinations.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Because inventory, freight costs, and promotional conditions may change, expired quotes may need to be reviewed again before purchase.
Full Shop Packages
What type of shop is a 2-chair package suitable for?
A 2-chair package is usually suitable for small barbershops, private studios, startup salons, suite-based businesses, or small room expansions. It is a practical setup for owners who want a professional equipment foundation without overbuilding the space.
What type of shop is a 4-chair package suitable for?
A 4-chair package is typically suitable for growing salons or barbershops with steady customer flow. It works well for businesses that need multiple service stations and a more complete shop layout.
What type of shop is a 6-chair package suitable for?
A 6-chair package is usually suitable for larger barbershops, salons, training spaces, or multi-station businesses. These projects require more planning around layout, product consistency, delivery timing, and storage space.
What products are included in a shop package?
Package contents vary depending on your business type and budget. A package may include barber chairs, styling chairs, shampoo stations, facial beds, massage beds, trolleys, stools, stations, mirrors, or other professional salon equipment.
Can the package be customized?
Yes. Shop packages can usually be adjusted based on your floor plan, service menu, preferred style, and budget. You can replace items, adjust quantities, or request a mixed setup.
Can you recommend a setup based on my budget?
Yes. You can share your budget range, shop size, number of stations, service type, and preferred style. We can then recommend a practical configuration that balances function, appearance, and cost.
Does the package include installation service?
No. Installation service is not included. Most products may require assembly, and some large equipment may require professional installation or additional help. Please review the product details and prepare tools, space, and assistance before delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do your products ship from?
Products may ship from different warehouses depending on inventory availability, product type, and delivery location. The warehouse location may vary by item and order.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery time depends on the product, warehouse location, carrier schedule, and destination. Large equipment items may require additional transit time compared with small parcel shipments.
How are large equipment items delivered?
Large salon and spa equipment is usually shipped by freight carrier or large-parcel service. Because these items are heavy and oversized, delivery may require special handling and may not be the same as standard doorstep parcel delivery.
Do I need to schedule a delivery appointment?
For many large freight shipments, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.
What should I prepare before delivery?
Please make sure the delivery address is accessible, someone is available to receive the shipment, and there is enough space to move the item safely. For large equipment, we recommend measuring doorways, preparing basic tools, and arranging help in advance.
What should I do if the tracking information looks abnormal?
If tracking has not updated for several days or shows an unexpected issue, please contact us with your order number. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier and provide the next steps.
Shipping Damage
What should I do if the packaging is damaged?
Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery whenever possible. If the box, pallet, or packaging appears damaged, take clear photos before opening the package. If the damage looks serious, note the issue with the carrier at delivery and contact us immediately.
What should I do if the product is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged product, and a short description of the issue. Do not discard the original packaging until the case has been reviewed.
What photos do I need to submit?
Please provide clear photos of the outer box or pallet, shipping label, damaged area, full product view, and any broken parts. These photos are required to help verify the issue and support the carrier claim process.
How soon do I need to report shipping damage?
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after 48 hours may be difficult to verify and may not qualify for the same resolution options.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
Yes. Please keep the original box, pallet, foam, protective materials, and shipping label until the issue is resolved. Carriers may require packaging photos or inspection for damage claims.
Who is responsible for shipping damage?
If shipping damage is reported within 48 hours, properly documented, and confirmed through review, we will help resolve the issue according to the product condition and carrier claim process.
Will damaged items be repaired, replaced, compensated, or returned?
The solution depends on the type and severity of the damage. Minor part damage may be resolved with replacement parts. Cosmetic damage may be reviewed for partial compensation. Severe damage may require replacement or another appropriate solution after review.
Quality & Warranty
Are your products suitable for commercial use?
Many of our products are designed for professional or semi-professional environments, including salons, barbershops, spas, beauty studios, and training rooms. Please review the product description for usage details, weight capacity, material information, and care instructions before purchase.
Do the products require assembly?
Yes, most large equipment items require some level of assembly. The assembly level depends on the product type. For larger items, at least two people may be recommended.
What should I do if a part is damaged or missing?
Please contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the damaged or missing part. We will review the issue and help provide the appropriate replacement part or solution.
How do you handle minor cosmetic imperfections?
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function may be reviewed case by case. Please provide clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and suggest an appropriate solution.
How do you handle major product damage?
If the product has major structural damage or cannot be used properly, please contact us promptly with detailed photos and videos if possible. We will review the case and provide the next steps based on the product condition and warranty coverage.
What does the warranty cover?
Our products come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty generally covers qualifying manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal use. The exact coverage may vary by product category, so please refer to the product page or contact us for details.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, cosmetic damage caused by use, lack of maintenance, improper cleaning products, or damage caused by customer handling.
Returns & Cancellations
Can large equipment items be returned?
Yes, eligible large equipment items may be returned, but return approval is required before sending the item back. Because large equipment is heavy and costly to ship, return shipping fees and handling costs may apply.
Can I return an item because I do not like it or ordered the wrong product?
Yes, non-defective returns may be accepted if the item is eligible, unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging. For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for both outbound and return freight costs, and a restocking fee will apply.
Who pays return shipping for non-defective returns?
For non-defective returns, including cases where the customer ordered the wrong product, changed their mind, or no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and restocking fee.
Who pays return shipping for quality-related returns?
If the issue is confirmed as a qualifying product defect under our policy, we will review the case and provide the appropriate solution. This may include replacement parts, repair support, replacement, or return instructions depending on the situation.
Who pays return shipping for shipping-damaged items?
If shipping damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery, properly documented, and confirmed through review, we will help resolve the issue according to the damage level and carrier claim process. The solution may include parts replacement, compensation, replacement, or return instructions.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the item is already in transit, the order may need to follow the return process. Freight shipments may involve rerouting fees, storage fees, return freight fees, and other carrier charges.
Can bulk orders or package orders be canceled?
Bulk orders and package orders may have stricter cancellation rules because they involve inventory reservation, freight preparation, and project-based pricing. Once confirmed, processed, or shipped, cancellation may be limited or subject to costs already incurred.
