This Warranty Policy explains how Artist hand reviews warranty claims and provides eligible solutions for products purchased from our website.

Warranty Coverage

Artist hand provides a 1 Year Limited Warranty for products purchased from our website, including barber chairs, beauty beds, shampoo beds, shampoo bowls, mirror stations, and capsule massage chairs.

This warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

All electronics and hydraulic pumps are covered by an industry standard 360 days warranty from the date of delivery.

Replacement parts purchased separately, including hydraulic pumps, footrests, armrests, and backrests, are covered under this Warranty Policy unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

If the product is not installed or used immediately after delivery, the warranty period still begins from the delivery date.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and may be transferred during the valid warranty period.

For products purchased through other channels, including Amazon, offline dealers, retail partners, or third-party marketplaces, the applicable warranty policy of that sales channel or seller may apply.

B2B and commercial customers are covered under the same Warranty Policy unless otherwise stated in writing.

What Is Covered

This warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects or functional issues, including:

  • Hydraulic pump failure or inability to lift properly
  • Motor failure
  • Controller failure
  • Power supply failure
  • Welded frame breakage
  • Abnormal metal base damage
  • Backrest adjustment mechanism failure
  • Footrest damage
  • Armrest damage
  • Internal mechanical failure discovered after delivery
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing parts or accessories

Artist hand will review each warranty claim based on the information, photos, videos, and order details provided by the customer.

Cosmetic Issues and Color Difference

Cosmetic issues, including scratches, dents, surface marks, or visible appearance concerns, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If the product has already been installed, assembled, used, or moved after delivery, cosmetic claims may be eligible for partial compensation only, at Artist hand’s discretion.

Color difference may be reviewed under this Warranty Policy. If confirmed, Artist hand may offer a reasonable solution, including partial refund or compensation, at its discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by customer handling or misuse
  • Chemical damage, including damage caused by hair dye, bleach, alcohol, disinfectants, harsh cleaners, or corrosive cleaning products
  • Damage caused by high temperature, excessive humidity, water exposure, fire, freezing, or similar conditions
  • Installation fees
  • Labor fees
  • Onsite service fees
  • Removal fees
  • Reinstallation fees
  • Gifts or free accessories
  • Cosmetic issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Issues that cannot be verified due to missing order information, photos, videos, or supporting evidence
Customers should avoid using harsh or corrosive cleaning products on Artist hand products.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support Team at:

Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos
  • Video showing the issue
  • Photos of the outer packaging, if applicable

Artist hand may request additional information, photos, or videos to evaluate the claim.

Customers must respond to additional information requests within 7 days. If the requested information is not provided within that time, the warranty claim may be delayed, closed, or denied.

If the customer cannot provide the order number, clear photos, videos, or other required information, Artist hand may decline the warranty claim.

Review Timeline

After receiving complete claim information, Artist hand will provide an initial response within 3–5 business days.

Resolution time may vary depending on the nature of the issue, product type, part availability, shipping time, and claim complexity.

Replacement parts are provided based on availability.

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, Artist hand may provide one or more of the following solutions at its discretion:

  • Troubleshooting guidance
  • Replacement parts
  • Repair guidance
  • Partial refund or compensation

Artist hand reserves the right to determine the appropriate warranty solution.

If the issue can be resolved by replacement parts, Artist hand may provide replacement parts instead of replacing the entire product.

Artist hand does not provide onsite repair service by default and does not reimburse labor costs unless approved in writing in advance.

If a product or part has been discontinued, Artist hand may provide a similar or compatible replacement part or solution.

Replacement Parts

For approved warranty claims within the contiguous 48 United States, Artist hand may ship replacement parts at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

Warranty replacement parts do not restart or extend the original warranty period. Replacement parts remain covered only for the remaining warranty period of the original product.

Artist hand provides warranty support primarily through replacement parts, troubleshooting, repair guidance, or partial compensation. Full product replacement is not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage and Warranty

Shipping damage is handled separately from standard warranty coverage.

For freight deliveries, customers must inspect the shipment before signing for delivery. Visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt.

If internal mechanical damage is discovered after delivery, Artist hand may review the issue and, if approved, may provide replacement parts or another appropriate solution.

Refund Limitation

Warranty coverage does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Artist hand will prioritize troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, replacement, or partial compensation before considering any refund.

If a customer refuses a reasonable warranty solution offered by Artist hand, the warranty claim may be considered resolved or closed.

Products that have been used for an extended period are not eligible for a full refund under this Warranty Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Artist hand is not responsible for:

  • Installation fees
  • Labor fees
  • Removal fees
  • Onsite service fees
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of customers
  • Loss of income
  • Loss of profits
  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artist hand’s maximum liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the product.

This Warranty Policy provides a limited remedy and does not create unlimited liability for Artist hand.

Service Area

This Warranty Policy applies to customers located within the contiguous 48 United States.

Warranty support outside the contiguous 48 United States may be limited or unavailable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
