Shipping Area

Artist hand currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, APO addresses, FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

We currently do not offer standard international shipping through the website. If an international shipment is separately arranged in writing, customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees may vary depending on the destination country's regulations.

Free Shipping

At Artist hand, we aim to deliver high quality products at the lowest possible price, with free shipping included on eligible orders.

Free shipping applies to the original shipment only and does not include inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, assembly, installation, removal of packaging, redelivery fees, storage fees, address correction fees, or return shipping unless expressly stated in writing.

Important: If an order is returned for buyer’s remorse, refused delivery, missed delivery appointment, incorrect address, or delivery access issues not caused by Artist hand, the actual outbound shipping or freight cost may be deducted from the refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Handling Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, inventory checks, carrier delays, or when additional order verification is required.

Delivery Time

Standard parcel orders usually take 2-6 business days for delivery after leaving the warehouse.

Orders shipped by LTL freight usually take approximately 7-12 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on product size, destination, carrier scheduling, delivery appointment availability, and local freight conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, rural delivery areas, freight appointment scheduling, or events outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Methods

Artist hand ships orders using parcel carriers or LTL freight depending on product size, weight, packaging, order volume, and delivery requirements.

Standard package orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon Logistics, or other qualified parcel carriers.

Orders with more than 10 packages may be shipped by LTL freight.

Oversized, heavy, fragile, or specially handled items may be shipped by LTL freight even if the order contains only one item.

LTL Freight Delivery

LTL freight is used for large, heavy, oversized, multi-package, or specially handled equipment orders.

Freight deliveries are usually delivered to the nearest accessible curbside or driveway area. Inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, stairs, elevator handling, assembly, installation, unpacking, and packaging removal are not included unless confirmed in writing before shipment.

For qualifying freight deliveries, unloading from the carrier truck may be included when available. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.

The freight carrier may contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment. Missed appointments, failed delivery attempts, storage fees, redelivery fees, or other carrier charges caused by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will contain your tracking number or freight tracking information when available.

Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours after the carrier scans the shipment.

For LTL freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent than parcel shipments. The carrier may contact you directly to schedule or confirm delivery.

Delivery Inspection and Signing

Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

For freight deliveries, please inspect the packaging, cartons, pallets, and visible product condition before signing. If visible damage is present, note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

If the carrier does not allow enough time for inspection, write “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt before signing when possible.

Signing Notice: A signed delivery receipt without damage notes may limit or affect the ability to file a freight damage claim.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

Damage, missing item, or wrong item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review and resolve the issue, customers may be required to provide photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, delivery receipt, and the reported issue.

Please keep all original packaging, cartons, pallets, protective materials, accessories, manuals, and parts until the claim is resolved.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, missing, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, Artist hand may offer replacement parts, repair, replacement, return authorization, or refund at our discretion.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, scheduled with a carrier, or shipped.

Address correction fees, rerouting fees, redelivery fees, storage fees, or other carrier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be the customer’s responsibility.

Refused or Failed Delivery

Refused deliveries, missed delivery appointments, failure to accept delivery, incorrect shipping addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or delivery access issues not caused by Artist hand may be treated as buyer’s remorse under our Return & Refund Policy.

In these cases, the customer may be responsible for the actual outbound shipping or freight cost, return shipping or freight cost, carrier storage fees, redelivery fees, address correction fees, and any applicable restocking fee.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier capacity, rural delivery routes, freight appointment scheduling, road conditions, inventory verification, or other events outside our control.

If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to assist with tracking updates and carrier communication.
